The terrace is furnished with a nice dining table & comfortable chairs for 6 people. On the terrace by the pool, all guests can relax on great pool loungers - sufficient sun protection is provided. To the side of the house is a beautiful lawn, which is in the shade from midday and is ideal for children to play on. Directly adjacent is the garden shed, where you can store your suitcases.
The house was built in 2014 and purchased by us in November 2018. It offers space for 6 adults + 2 small children. In addition to the beds and the sofa bed, there are 2 children's travel beds in the house, for children up to 1 metre tall, approx. 2.5 to 3 years. The house has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 guest WC and a kitchen with dining area and a living room. The heated pool (April, May, October) and the beautiful garden offer both sunny and shady spots. The bedrooms and the bathroom are on the 1st floor.
Our neighbours to the left and right use their property as a second home or holiday home. The beach and the village are just a few hundred metres away. Bars, cafés, restaurants, fruit/vegetable vendors and a small supermarket are in the immediate vicinity.
The house is COMPLETELY equipped: In the kitchen, in the bathroom, for the pool - everything is available. But above all, the children are taken care of: 2 high chairs, children's cutlery/dishes, 2 new travel cots with good mattresses and nappy-changing facilities, 1 children's buggy is available for use!
