The villa is located in the second row of the beach and the sea is reachable by a small alley .
A cozy sitting area in the outdoor area and the barbecue invites you to barbecue ein.A fireplace is located in the living area with 2 sofa beds for children.

Plimmiri is located in the south of Rhodes, 80 kilometers from Rhodes airport and 10 kilometers from Prassonissi, known for wind and kitesurfing.The beach house is located just a few meters from the sea and is ideal for a relaxing holiday with friends or family. The nearest Minimarket is 5 km away and a car is necessary.

I would like to inform you that from 01/01/2024 Greece has introduced a new tourist tax for visitors that applies to all types of accommodation rentals.
The current stay-over tax that chargers guests on hotel and villas has been replaced with a new “climate crisis resilience charge”.
This means that the extra daily fee that applies to guests by arrival to the accommodation will be 15 euros per day. This amount can be paid directly to the property owner in cash.
Revenues from this charge will go into a specially created emergency fund for natural disasters.
