The Red Rock Villa – A Luxurious Escape in Afandou

  • Modern and stylish interiors coupled with great outdoor areas make this villa a real treat. The Red Rock of Rhodes villa is a combination of mountain and sea that has been designed with contemporary architecture. Combining rock stone and minimal features which allow it to blend in with nature in a beautiful way. Also remarkable are the breathtaking sea views that can be enjoyed from most rooms of the house.Ocean view from each bedroom.
    The location of this beautiful home allows you to explore the beauty of Rhodes Island from the middle,distance to Rhodes town and it's world famous medieval city,UNESCO World Heritage ( 22 km ) or Lindos with its white washed stones (45 km). For Golfers among you,the natural Golf course of Afandou is only 3 km away.

    1 on the ground floor with sea view, own terrace, double bed, private wc/shower

    3 on first floor with double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower

    I would like to inform you that from 01/01/2024 Greece has introduced a new tourist tax for visitors that applies to all types of accommodation rentals.

    The current stay-over tax that chargers guests on hotel and villas has been replaced with a new “climate crisis resilience charge”.
    This means that the extra daily fee that applies to guests by arrival to the accommodation will be 15 euros per day. This amount can be paid directly to the property owner in cash.

    Revenues from this charge will go into a specially created emergency fund for natural disasters.

Amazing property & superb host!!

We were a group of 7 adults. The villa was beautiful and its location was great to explore the island. Tina was amazing- she gave us great tips for beaches, restaurants and more! The view from the house in every direction was stunning. We really enjoyed our stay!

Luxury, comfort, convenience

Wonderful property, in a small development of similar villas. Beautifully appointed, close to an excellent Greek taverna, and a short drive from Faliraki, local beaches, and still convenient for airport and Rhodes town. Comfortably accommodated our family of 6 (kids ranging from 12 to 16). Brilliant support from Tina, our property manager. Definitely hope to return one day soon!

Wonderful Experience

The property was amazing (loved seeing the goats every day). Our family with adult children was able to spread out and enjoy our own spaces. The pool was perfect, clean, and very refreshing. The one thing everyone noted was the beds and pillows were very comfortable.Thanks so much to Tina for her help and advice. She was very available. We had one of the a/c units break and she got the tech out to the house quickly to replace it. She provided so many ideas for our activities for the week. I would highly recommend this amazing property.

Great Villa

The Villa was excellent for our group of eight, each room included on-suite and had access to balcony, A/C was god sent during the night for myself and wife. Pool was well located and very clean wonderful view of cliffs to rear and ocean to the front. Goats coming down the cliffs were very impressive, Only negatives from myself was my TOMTOM and the Hire vehicle Sat Nav could not aquire adequate Satallite signals, in the surrrounding area, Google maps worked ok. There was also a mention of lack of long mirror for the girls to ensure they were looking good enough to go out. I would recommend the villa for family and friends to stay and enjoy.

A brand new well appointed unit in an idyllic location. Roomy and quiet where nothing is left out. And with an outstanding host to booth. We hope to go back often.

Phantastisch

Wir (2 Familien mit 4 Teenagern) hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in dieser traumhaften Villa. Es war einfach alles perfekt. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, die Betten sind bequem, die Klimaanlagen funktionieren, der Pool wird 2x pro Woche gereinigt, der Ausblick auf das Meer ist atemberaubend. Ganz großes Lob an Tina, die für alle Fragen jederzeit zur Verfügung stand und uns super Restaurant- und Beachtips gegeben hat.
