Set on the foot of mountain Filerimos in Ialysos, this villa for rent is an ideal retreat for those who seek relaxing holidays and at the same time want to be near everything. The nearest beach is found within 5 minutes of driving distance. This beautiful villa is a smart home, meaning that there is a remote control as well as automate household functions. Myrto Villa has a road view. Myrto Villa is an excellent choice for families and groups of up to 10 people.
Myrto Villa has 5 comfy bedrooms, all equipped with flat screen TVs. Two of the bedrooms are found in the basement and each of them offers 2 single beds that easily turn into double beds. Also, there is a bedroom with a double bed on the ground floor, as well as two bedrooms with double beds on the first floor. First floor bedrooms offer balconies. There are four bathrooms. Two of them are found in the basement and own a shower. One of these bathrooms is ensuited to a bedroom. Also, there are two bathrooms with showers on each floor. There’s a fully equipped kitchen, suitable for any meal preparation. There’s a seating area and a comfy living room where you can sit and relax. Guests will have free Wi-Fi access throughout the property and a screen TV. Outdoors, there’s the magnificent private heated swimming pool with its sunbeds and an amazing garden. Also, guests will have the opportunity to use the BBQ facilities accompanied from the seating areas. Also, there’s a ping pong table to have fun moments. Please note that the property has external cameras, which are operating ONLY during winter.Vacation in Myrto Villa will be an unforgettable experience with memories that will last forever.
The villa is conveniently located within walking distance from the popular touristic township of Ialysos, where you can find a wide range of conveniences that you might need during your holidays. Myrto Villa has a road view. view Supermarkets, restaurants, tavernas, cafes, bars, banks & ATMs, pharmacies, children’s playgrounds, car & motorbike rentals and all kinds of commercial shops are available in close proximity of the villa. Ialysos beach is famous among windsurfers and kite surfers and it is a perfect place for beach related activities. At the same time it is an excellent place to enjoy an unforgettable, romantic sunset. Nature lovers and sight seekers will love Filerimos Mountain that is within walking distance from the villa and offers great hiking paths through the ancient forest to the top of the mountain where you can visit the medieval monastery and enjoy the breath taking, panoramic view of the west side of the island and the Aegean Sea.

Modern design villa that’s well equipped and laid out with comfortable beds. Excellent pool that’s well maintained. Outside there is lots of space for sunbathing along with plenty of shaded areas during the day. We’d read some previous reviews about the road. There’s a big hedge and a solid gate that screens out the road. We didn’t find it an issue but you will get some minor road traffic noise. There are 4 villas next door. Mainly they seem to be rented to families but if you’re unlucky to get a load of loud boozy lads then it may not be the vibe you’re looking for. There are some very good local restaurants that are 5-6 mins drive away that are worth trying. The food is of a very good standard and much better value than in Rhodes town. We had a great stay villa Myrto.
