"Great small mom&papa place. Safe and quiet. We visited out of season so the entire area was pretty quiet. By 9 or 10 pm everything is closed so nightlife here is non-existent during April. Hotel is clean and in the center of the Old Town and the saff is super friendly and helpful."

"What a great find Avalon Boutique Hotel was. Great location and very nice. Everybody was great and super helpful and friendly. Added bonus - get them to book your cab from airport and he will get into the old city and right to hotel door - unlike all of the people lugging their suitcases over the cobblestones. "

"My room was reasonably spacious but the bathroom was rather cramped and the chairs not very comfortable. Both room and bathroom were spotlessly clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the location is very good - many restaurants nearby and the old town a fairly short walk away. The breakfast was amazing - excellent quality and choice with omlettes cooked to order."

"This was probably the best hotel I've stayed at over the many trips to Rhodes. The room was very nice and had balcony and there was an excellent big buffet breakfast. I was not troubled with noise which is mentioned in other reviews. The location was perfect for walking to the old Crusader era fortified city."
