Riantec house with full sea view for 8 people

  • Breathtaking view of the small sea of Gâvres where the landscape changes constantly with the tides.
    The house is located in Riantec near Lorient.
    You will be quiet on the way to Kerner Island and its bird sanctuary, on the edge of the coastal path which connects Port Louis to Gâvres.

    On the ground floor :
    -big living room TV room full sea view with new fully equipped kitchen
    -a bedroom with two 90x190 beds
    -a sea view room with 160x200 bed
    -independent toilet
    -Bathroom with shower

    Upstairs :
    -two bedrooms with velux balconies over the sea and 160x20 beds
    -independent toilet
    -Bathroom with bathtub

    The house also has a garage, a garden with garden furniture and barbecue as well as two bikes.
    I provide you with a baby cot and a high chair upon request.
    Shops on foot: bakery, restaurant, pancakes to take away in the village of Riantec 5 minutes away.
    Bus stop 5 minutes walk for the batobus to Lorient and its inter-Celtic festival in early August or Gâvres and its beaches.
    Activities on foot from the house: shore fishing, kayaking, kite surfing, windsurfing.

Aufenthalt in Riantec

Wir hatten mit unseren Freunden eine wunderschöne Zeit in dem Ferienhaus. Die Schlüsselübergabe hat sehr gut geklappt. Es gibt sehr viele schöne Ort dort, die relativ schnell erreichbar sind. Im Ferienhaus war alles vorhanden, was man brauchte. Sehr schön.

Sehr schönes Haus in malerischer Lage

Es ist ein sehr schönes und sauberes Haus, das mit allem ausgestattet ist, was man braucht. Wir haben uns mit unseren 2-jährigen Sohn sehr wohl gefühlt. Nicht nur der Ausblick auf das Wasser und die wunderschöne Fensterfront im Wohnzimmer hat uns sehr gefallen, sondern auch die malerische Landschaft drum herum, die sich mit Flut und Ebbe immer von einer anderen Seite zeigte. Der Garten ist für Kleinkinder perfekt, da er ummauert und genug Platz bietet. Das Haus steht wirklich in einer sehr schönen und sehr ruhigen Lage. Wir hatten eine wirklich tolle Zeit und haben die Ruhe und die Natur genossen. Die Gastgeberin hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und war für Fragen stets erreichbar.

Sehr schöne Tage in Riantec

Carine die Vermieterin war sehr nett, bei Fragen immer erreichbar. Das Haus ist mit allem was man braucht gut ausgestattet. Wir haben die Ruhe und das Haus sehr genossen. Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder😊. Einziger Kritikpunkt war, das Fewo Direkt bei Buchung 4 Monate vor Reiseantritt schon den gesamten Mietpreis gefordert hat, dass geht gar nicht.

Nous avons passé 15 jours formidables dans cette maison très fonctionnelle. La vue est tout simplement extraordinaire ! On a l’impression d'être au bout du monde. La maison est meublée avec beaucoup de goût et la literie est excellente. Nous avons hâte de réserver de nouveau cette location. Merci à la propriétaire pour sa gentillesse et son accueil.
