"The entire staff is great. Super friendly and they entertain the kids to give parents a break. Lots of kid zone areas for kids to play and entertain themselves. 15 min easy walk to center of town and Lego house. There’s a colorful path that you just follow so it was really easy. Town itself is quaint and many places are closed on Sundays. Food on property is ok - I’d skip it at dinner time and head into town to Gastropub. "

"The check-in receptionist was rude. It was a surprise that breakfast was not included, this was not clear in the advertisements and no options for with/without breakfast available. This was, apparently, my fault for not booking directly with the hotel. I have been there many times over the past 20 years and never had this problem before. I do not plan on returning."

"5 star all the way! Our room was cozy and clean clean clean .The beds were extra comfy with nice down duvets. The staff were so nice and so friendly. Our waitress told us a little about the hotel which was very interesting . The Restaurant was our highlight of our stay .. from the homemade bread and the delicious butter ! I had the most amazing steak with homemade potatoes with glazed carrots and vegetables. I had the best steak I have ever eaten .We can’t wait to stay there again ! And so convenient to get to the airport. I might add there is a grocery store right next door. Thank you for a great experience!
