Lovely stay in a beautiful house

We had a lovely break in this beautiful house. The location is amazing in this small, quiet village on the outskirts of Riberac. The pool is lovely and we felt very lucky to have it all to ourselves. We spent most of our time in the village but it's a great spot to explore the rest of the region.

An really good property, in an excellent location for a really good price

We had a very relaxing stay and loved the gardens and surrounding area. The house is lovely - the bedroom separated from the house is very hot and was a little dirty but that’s partly because of the bear stone. Communication was very good leading up to the stay - a couple of minor delays with responses when at the property but overall good. We would definitely go back

Nice break.

We had a lovely stay at this well-equipped property in a very peaceful location. The pool was clean and a great bonus, and the house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It’s about a 30 minute walk into town along a quiet road without a pavement. Emilie, the property manager, was always on hand and very helpful. Would happily return!

Great holiday

Lovely classic old French house, slightly out of town (very short drive, OK walk) with great pool, top quality table football, table tennis, nice furnishings. One bedroom off by the pool, for better or worse. Riberac is a quiet but nice town, and the house is near the river, across from a small village with a friendly cafe - closed for part of August. Very convenient to supermarket and petrol.

Check in war sehr gut. Fahrräder waren leider nicht alle nutzbar; vermutlich wegen unachtsamen Gebrauchs der Vormieter, ansonsten war alles perfekt. Wie beschrieben; wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und haben insbesondere den Pool und die Tischtennisplatte sehr genossen. Absolute Weiterempfehlung - auch für größere Familien geeignet.

Séjour à Saint-Martial de Ribérac

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances. La maison est fraîche et bien équipée.La piscine est top ! Les deux terrasses sont pratiques pour disposer d'ombre et de fraîcheur à toute heure. La pergola est idéale pour les repas du soir. La fenêtre Velux de la chambre près de la piscine mériterait l'installation d'un volet pour limiter la chaleur. Très bons contacts avec les propriétaires et avec Émilie pour l'accueil.

Familienzeit in der Dordogne

In einem tollen Land-Haus mit 3 Schlafzimmer, zwei Bäder, einem nie genutzten Wohnzimmer und einer riesigen Küche haben wir zu fünft eine tolle Zeit verbracht. Man ist für alle Unternehmungen, (Ausflüge und Einkaufen) auf ein Autos angewiesen. Den tollen große Pool und den Garten mit den Liegen sowie die Sitzecke haben wir ausgiebig genutzt. Die Kommunikation mit den Besitzern des Hauses und der Kontaktperson vor Ort war ausgezeichnet. Jede Frage wurde beantwortet, jedes Probleme gelöst.

En plus du mauvais temps, de l'humidité , nous avons eu les couvreurs qui ont oeuvré durant notre séjour afin de réparer les dégats causés par la grêle dans le village . Un séjour qui s 'est bien passé grâce au confort de la location, nous nous sommes trouvés comme à la maison ... Cuisine, lecture, cinéma, jeux de société, promenade et pêche furent nos activités ... Ruhig und entspannend

Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen. Haus und Garten sind weitgehend so wie beschrieben. Allerdings ist das 3. Schlafzimmer nicht wirklich vorhanden; es handelt sich um einen durch Rollos abtrennbaren Bereich des Flures. Die Ausstattung ist gut, der Pool ganz hervorragend. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit!
