Some areas, such as the pool, require prior reservation according to the rules of the complex.

Our house is located in a closed complex, so all guests must comply with the rules of coexistence, entry, noise and use of common areas established by the administration.

The accommodation can accommodate up to 8 people. Exceeding this number is not allowed during the stay.

The pool is communal and its use is subject to the schedules, availability and internal regulations of the complex. To access the pool, guests must purchase one entry handle per visitor. This amount is charged directly for the set and is not included in the price of the reservation.

The parking lot is for visitors and may be subject to availability.

Pets are allowed, as long as guests are responsible for their care, cleaning and any damage they may cause.

Our house does not have air conditioning. It is recommended to keep this in mind before booking, especially for guests who are sensitive to hot weather.
