"I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Dallas! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel so welcome with their friendly smiles and, of course, the signature warm chocolate chip cookie — such a delightful touch. The room was spotless, spacious, and incredibly comfortable, with plush bedding that made it easy to relax after a busy day exploring the city. The hotel’s location is perfect — close to Dallas Love Field, great restaurants, and shopping, making it convenient for both business and leisure trips. I also loved the amenities: the fitness center was well-equipped, the pool area was inviting, and the on-site dining options were delicious. "If you don’t want to read the entire review, when it comes to this place, 2 Words. JUST DON’T! It was run down although signs said newly renovated. The one staff member was very monotone. Not personable. Our previous reservation got canceled due to overbooking. So I wanted to make sure we had a room for the night not too far from the function we were at. I called and confirmed that we were at a function and would not be checking it until later. It was an inconvenience to the person. Made me feel like as a grown woman, I was asking my parents to stay out just a little bit longer. I should have read the reviews but needed a place to stay. I was thankful we had a roof over our heads for the night. But the room was dirty. Cracks in the shower, stains on the walls, sheet and headboard. Luckily we had a can of Lysol with us. No elevator! Smelled like weed in the hallway. Didn’t even look at the breakfast. "
