For the price, I would expect a little more. The paint in the bathroom was peeling some. Bathroom door was showing some decay. The walls were super-thin. Things I would expect at a Days Inn or Super 8 I guess...not a Holiday Inn with a higher price point. The pool was great and the exterior was very inviting- the hotel grounds are well-kept. Very nice. The breakfast was very good as well.

We really enjoyed our night here and will be using this hotel every time we find ourselves in town. The staff was amazing and super nice. The room was clean and looked great. The bed was so comfy it was hard to get out of. Breakfast was really good and worth the extra cost. The only complaint was the shower kinda sucked with water pressure and getting hot. Parking was a bit of a hassle as there were no spots near our room on the end and our river view was obstructed by trees so we could barely see it.

We called three hours ahead of check in to advise we would checking in late around 8:30pm; we gave them the time. We arrived just before the stated time and the gentleman at the desk told me one of his staff gave away our room. Needless to say, I was not very happy to hear this. The gentleman at the desk was somewhat apologetic but it sure didn't feel like our business was very important. He stated the person who checked in the other guest did not bother to confirm his identity and confirm it with our reservation. We selected this property for it's location and amenities. We eventually got a similar room, but it took a while and we were bone tired from a very long drive after helping in-law in Oregon. We were not able to complete some our tasks that evening due to not having a room in time. So we had to check out early and skip our paid for breakfast. I cannot believe a property of this stature would so poorly train it's staff and allow such really stupid errors like this to occur. To the management at IHG and Holiday Inn; you are NOT doing your job and at this point it will be a very long time before I choose one of your properties again for my travel needs.
