I had a patio, but the screen had holes. You can leave it open, because of bugs. The halls and front entrance had a strange smell. All carpets could have used a cleaning. The bed was comfortable.

I am really pleased with this hotel. I had a family member in the nearby hospital and it was about a 15 minute walk. The rooms are spacious, the pool and workout room are great. The staff is wonderful. It’s also right next to a beautiful riverfront park. This is a great hotel.

For the price, I would expect a little more. The paint in the bathroom was peeling some. Bathroom door was showing some decay. The walls were super-thin. Things I would expect at a Days Inn or Super 8 I guess...not a Holiday Inn with a higher price point. The pool was great and the exterior was very inviting- the hotel grounds are well-kept. Very nice. The breakfast was very good as well.

Pool and hot tub were clean and well kept. The bathroom was cleaned very well. The carpets throughout hotel were very stained. The ice machine was broken near our room and the water bottle fill up station was broken. It's in a nice location where you can walk along the water.

We really enjoyed our night here and will be using this hotel every time we find ourselves in town. The staff was amazing and super nice. The room was clean and looked great. The bed was so comfy it was hard to get out of. Breakfast was really good and worth the extra cost. The only complaint was the shower kinda sucked with water pressure and getting hot. Parking was a bit of a hassle as there were no spots near our room on the end and our river view was obstructed by trees so we could barely see it.
