I felt they did not take care of the property the way they said they would. They said NO smoking of any kind on the property. Right outside my room, there were cigarette butts. There were low income people living there and smoking. There was dog poop everywhere. I could hear music and talking until probably 2 am. The interior of the room was redone and it was nice. So was the staff

book a hotel at Richland Inn and Suites and when I arrived it was closed there were no people I lost my money and my time I do not recommend these services
