The shower didn't work properly. The front desk and staff were overall very nice but when we brought this up to them they weren't able to give us an alternative room due to being completely booked so they sent someone from maintenance to try fixing it. Graduate by Hilton Richmond
The staff was very nice, the room was spacious and clean. The room wasn't ready when I arrived but the woman who checked me in was gracious enough to upgrade the room as a courtesy for patiently waiting. The lobby and bar was nice as well. Location was perfect. Would definitely stay there again.
