"The owners were very sweet, but they never communicated how we would get into the apartment or that it was in the basement of their house. We drove there not knowing if we'd get in or what to expect. It was okay once we did, but communication would have relieved a lot of concerns."

"The area is beautiful and very walkable. There are several lines north and south that are very consistent. The property has a large shared yard that is great for dogs and relaxing. The local parks are also beautiful and very close by. The basement unit we had actually had great lighting and was very clean at check in! The only thing that removed a "star" is that you can hear your neighbor's above you. If you have a white noise machine like us it's not so bad."
