It is a working class neighborhood and even though we have never had problems nor have our guests this neighborhood is not very fancy. People from other countries who are not familiar with Bay Area prices think this must be a great area because JD the price but our properties in higher end areas actually cost a lot more.

This house is perfect for people visiting the Bay Area, specifically The East Bay, Berkeley Richmond and even San Francisco is only 30 minutes away by car or Bart train.

The property is just minutes away from everything the city has to offer. The unit is easily accessible by public transport, and there are plenty of shops, restaurants, and attractions nearby.
