Other Things to Note:
• Pets: Pets are welcome for an additional fee. Please notify us in advance if you plan to bring a pet, as undisclosed pets will incur extra fees and may result in reservation cancellation.
• Pool: The pool is located in the private backyard, offering a refreshing space to relax during your stay. While we regularly maintain and clean the pool, please note that occasional leaves or debris from nature may appear between cleanings.
• Parking: Parking is available on the property for your convenience. Please note that parking is at your own risk, and the property owner is not responsible for any damage or incidents during your stay.
• Trash: Kindly place all trash in the bin at the backyard prior to checkout. This helps us maintain a clean and welcoming space for future guests.
• Event Hosting: Gatherings or events with 15 or more guests require prior approval. Additional fees may apply based on the size and nature of the event. Please contact us in advance for more details.
• Respect Our Home: This is our home, not a hotel, and we kindly ask that you treat it with care. Leaving the space in good condition ensures a pleasant experience for all future guests.
