• Pool: The pool is located in the private backyard, offering a refreshing space to relax during your stay. While we regularly maintain and clean the pool, please note that occasional leaves or debris from nature may appear between cleanings.
• Parking: Parking is available on the property for your convenience. Please note that parking is at your own risk, and the property owner is not responsible for any damage or incidents during your stay.
• Trash: Kindly place all trash in the bin at the backyard prior to checkout. This helps us maintain a clean and welcoming space for future guests.
• Event Hosting: Gatherings or events with 15 or more guests require prior approval. Additional fees may apply based on the size and nature of the event. Please contact us in advance for more details.
• Respect Our Home: This is our home, not a hotel, and we kindly ask that you treat it with care. Leaving the space in good condition ensures a pleasant experience for all future guests.

Came to Houston for a baseball tournament and this home was spacious and conveniently 20 minutes from The Diamonds at Daily Park. Pool heated up quickly, the outside had a nice area to sit. Hosts were responsive and accommodating. Neighborhood was friendly, safe, and quiet. Has a great park within a two minute walk that has swings and such. Would rent again.

The weekend of May 4-7 me and 8 other adults stayed at the Rosenberg property. Pros: The house was nice and modern. It suited the event of my 30 year wedding anniversary and renewal ceremony. We had about 10 guests attend and 8 adults stay at the house. The parking was nice, the pool/spa was nice and the bedrooms were clean. The Wi-Fi was good. The air conditioning was great. There was odd and end cook wear. Windows were nice. The master bedroom was huge. The owners were good about controlling the pool and spa via text/phone to turn up the heat. Lots of restaurants and shopping near by. Cons: The back and front lawn weren’t cut and were overgrown. I had to pay an extra $55 to have lawn service. And there were rocks and grass everywhere and in the pool. The garage was locked and there was only a small trash can outside and we had leave bags in the driveway. For 4 days that was not cleanly for such a nice house. The house did lack basic things like a broom and mop. Only had a swiffer. There was no can opener. There was also food and alcohol left in the pantry from previous stay. There was only one set of towels per bedroom. We moved the couches and it was filthy underneath. We had to purchase toilet paper and paper towels. And there are rules that weren’t posted about the pool. You can’t have the fire pits on. Lots of locked doors. Would stay again. Just with less guests.
