Summary:
This is truly a perfect place for leisure or business travel. Guests can reserve our house for romantic getaways, conference or convention attendance, surprise birthday or anniversary getaway, Girls Night getaway, live concerts or theater shows, Parents Weekends at one of the many close by universities, graduations, weddings…. you name it!!

The Space:
The Space is very spacious and cozy. It fully furnished and comfortably hosts up to 6 people.
⭐Bedroom: It has a very comfortable pillow top king size bed with a smart Tv, reading chair and a full size baby crib.
⭐Livingroom: 65 inches TV with HULU and Disney+, 1 comfortable queen bed and 2 daybeds (twin-size bed), a dedicated working desk.
⭐Bathroom: new tiled walk- in shower with provided shampoo and body wash, hair dryer.
⭐Laundry: the stackable washer and dryer in unit.
⭐Kitchen: fully stocked kitchen. Gas stove and oven, toaster and refrigerator. We provide pots and pans, silverware, salt and pepper etc.
⭐Dinning area : which you can enjoy your food with your friends and family.
⭐Coffee bar: Dripping coffee maker with roasted coffee creamer and sugar.
⭐Internet: High speed WI-FI internet.
⭐Parking: 2 Free parking spaces on premises behind the house with assigned apartment number on.

You will have exclusive access to the entire apartment!

Getting Around:
2 mins walking distance to VCU campus.A tons of local famous restantrant down the street.
Kroger and Whole Foods are 5 minutes away by car .
5 mins to Virginia Museum of Fine Arts.

Other Things to Note:
Quiet time: 9pm-8am
Absolutely No SMOKING inside the house.

Payments will be collected by RVA Homestays using Stripe. The payment schedule is as follows:

1. The first payment of 50% of the whole amount is at the time of 14 days before check in.

2. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the check in date.

3. Payments for bookings confirmed within 5 days of check in will be charged in full at time of booking.

4. A temporary authorization will be made at time of booking. This will be released 7 days after check out.

Gave the kids a good sense of what back east living is like in brick buildings. Floor was dirty, shower was tiny. Glad we only stayed for two brief nights. It was a decent place to stay but the photos made it seem much nicer.

Love this property. It’s the fourth time we’ve stayed here while visiting our son at VCU. The apartment is clean, spacious and well-equipped with everything you need for a weekend or overnight stay. The location is perfect for visiting VCU, but also walking distance to lots of great restaurants and coffee shops.

I would highly recommend staying in this location

The location was so amazing and convenient. Plenty of places to eat. A safe area of Richmond very close to VCU. The manager was very accommodating to our needs, and provided a seamless and turnkey stay. I would definitely recommend this for a stay in Richmond, Virginia and I would also use this location again . The space was clean and fully equipped.

Great stay!

My mom, daughter (11 yo), and I stayed for a girls weekend. The place was in a great location in the Fan district. We saw a show at the Altria theater and we were <10 min easy walk from the theater. The beds were comfortable; the place was very clean. The host left a bottle a wine and also snacks and coffee, which was very nice and much appreciated :-) The overall stay was great!
