  • Located in the heart of downtown Richmond! This historic modern-day Loft was designed with a vibe reflecting Richmond's history and love. This is an absolutely breathtaking space and is the perfect place to cohabitate or enjoy solo.
    Third Floor Apartment with Full Elevators and smart check-in. This loft is located right next to the Canal, close to the James River, walking distance to the Virginia Capital Bike Trail plus so many restaurants and other sites! Most guests park on the street without a hassle. However, for convenience, there is a parking lot across the street from the building. You can pay for parking using the kiosk when you enter the lot. There are also rideshare apps such as Lyft, Uber, and Bird Scooters.
