  • The house is now available for small events and overnight stay if needed. Checkout time for events 3a.m due to community rules no loud music outside and no more than 20 -25 automobiles. Price with no event only $1000 per day and only $1500 -2000 with a small event depending on the number of people.. This stunning two story home has 4 large bedrooms, 3.5 baths, separate gym, pool table room, movie room, view description below. It is minutes to local event stadiums, movies, shopping and medical centers, etc. Easy access to Hwy 59 as well as close proximity to Houston, Sugar Land and Katy. The home is located in a well-maintained, safe neighborhood. SMALL EVENTS ALLOWED however it is a neighborhood and parties must end by 3am. *Note bedrooms are not included with parties or other events. Host must be informed about and party or event, An additional deposit is required for parties and other events,
    Hey are you ready to create some great memories? This house is great for hanging out with family, corporate housing or event, business meetings, company gatherings, Honeymoon, shooting a movie, music videos or just a getaway vacation for the family! The house is 4/3.5/4 with 3 master suites the forth presently used as a gym but could be turned back into a bedroom if needed! the house has been totally remodeled, located in back of neighborhood quiet and private, (3) remote control fireplaces, (8) patios all have view to the lake and high end furniture in every room with tv, large open concept, large open gourmet kitchen with high end kitchen aide stainless appliances, (2) wine coolers, theater room has 80" tv, Pacman, pool table room, gym, lakeside fishing (unless the lake have alligator).The amenities also include , dishes, pots, stainless steel food warmers, ice coolers, BBQ pit, and talking smoke and carbon monoxide detector!

The home is beautiful, and the host's communication was exceptional from start to finish. We thoroughly enjoyed the neighborhood, the peaceful atmosphere, and the stunning views.That said, for a property of this size and price point, we expected a few additional comforts and maintenance items to be addressed. The cookware was somewhat limited, the Wi-Fi was unreliable at times, and we noticed cobwebs and a few dead bugs inside the home upon arrival.Given the natural surroundings, some insects are to be expected; however, the property would benefit from a professional extermination treatment. During our stay, we encountered several bird nests, spiders, and wasps around the patio area, which limited our ability to fully enjoy the outdoor space.Overall, Toni is a wonderful host who was responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. We enjoyed our visit and would recommend the property, while encouraging future guests to be aware of the environmental and maintenance considerations noted above.

We rented The Mediteranean Villa for my daughters baby shower and it was everything we could have hoped for. A peaceful retreat with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy being together. Toni has put alot of thought into quality, comfort and entertainment. The big lakeside backyard was as beautiful at night as it was during the day with lights that brought the backyard to life. If you are having a girls night, family get together or anything else you will love this home.
