There is also another neighborhood area 7 blocks away with an amazing coffee shop, restaurants and wine shop. It's 2 miles from the Lewis Ginter Botanical Garden as well. With 2 large bedrooms and a spacious loft space with a queen sized bed and sitting area this house is perfect for a quick getaway, friends gathering or family trip.

Spring Break Stay-cation

Great location in proximity to local attractions. The only unexpected occurrence was we were able to hear and smell everything the adjacent family did.

Quaint and Quirky

We stayed at the apartment for three weeks. It easily slept up to six people. Loft was large and bright, but the steps are steep. It is a duplex, so there is a little noise from the neighbors, but nothing to prevent us from staying again. Apartment was clean and well-appointed.
