"I love this place. It’s a bit secluded which was nice. We were so tired, we just wanted to get hot showers, food, and crash. The bed was very comfy, the water was hot and room service was excellent. The food was delivered fast and the taste was phenomenal."

"The staff was great, the breakfast and pool were good. The bed and rooms were comfortable. If you plan to use the laundry brig your own quarters. The machines use cards but to buy detergent and softener you need quarters and the hotel doesn't have a coin machine or any at the desk."

"I did not like the way that the front desk staff operated . My key card was not working and I went to the front desk and told them about it and had to wait until after one hour with a six month old child who was hungry and tired , can’t find the override key to open the door . Thing should be in a box or somewhere where it can be easily accessible . I do hope that someone will address this problem"

"The staff at this hotel are top notch. They deserve all of the kudos. They truly made us feel like part of the family and also like we were VIPs. On to the room, GORGEOUS! So spacious and cool. Every suite has its own vibe and ours was on point. But let’s get to the star of the show, the bed. I have stayed at thousands of hotels in my life, but the bed in this hotel was like I was sleeping on a cloud. Nothing has topped this. Honestly. I did not want to leave it. Best nights sleep I have had in years. If you are looking for a convenient and elevated hotel experience in downtown Richmond, this is the place. Trust me"

"Super cute atmosphere. We enjoyed the decor and unique art. Overall, the room was clean, but some things were in disrepair (exhaust fan and light in bathroom). The food was good, but the kitchen and dining service was lackluster. It was our first time to Richmond, so we didn’t know what to expect, the neighborhood is a mixed bag."
