  • We are a group of nine 1-bedroom apartments inside a newly built thirty 1-bedroom apartment building (August, 2024). The nine units are designated as tourist homes licensed by the city of Richmond. It's off I-64 exit 193a, in a quiet and upcoming new development residential area. A short walk to the newly built Bon Secour Hospital Complex, it is less than 2 miles drive to the Richmond downtown area, home to many museums, events and conferences, and of course, popular restaurants and bars.

Easily accessible location with tons of restaurants and shops near by. Parking is a little challenging, and I wouldn't suggest you use this for 4 adults. The pullout couch provided is suitable for one adult, or 2 smaill children.
The seat cushion folds over, and you have to place pillows under it to make it semi-usable as a sleeping arrangement for 2. Perfectly comfortable for 1 adult, or 2 small chdren.

Almost everything I would complain about are completely out of the host’s control. The place itself was fine. It’s fairly new and clean. But, the area and location aren’t great. The hallway smelled like weed, the parking spaces are really small, and the other tenants aren’t very good at staying in their assigned space.

The walls were a bit dirty, so I had to wash them. Saw some crumbs on the furniture the bed had stuff on the sheets, not enough, trash bags, trash can was way too small, and no scissors.
