Very friendly and welcoming staff. The lobby was beautifully decorated for the Holiday, including an enormous handmade gingerbread scene! We were upgraded to a lovely king suite with small lounge area.

Drury Plaza Hotel Richmond
We arrived late Friday for a 2 night stay. Check in went smoothly no complaints. We had a queen double room with a sofa sleeper.
