We hold a short-term rental permit with the Town of Rico. In order to keep our permit in good standing guests must park off the street.
We are at pet friendly, but please disclose all pets. Pets cannot be left alone. Must be pet hair aware with no pet hair left behind at departure.

Cozy Mountain Getaway

We used these as an access point to a hut trip to the north and it was so comfortable, so clean and the house had some many well thought out details that really gave it a charm. Highly recommend!
