"Video checkin, so no human on site. My room was actually two rooms. The TV was in one on a small desk, with a single dining chair. The bed was in the other. That was it. Nowhere to sit comfortably, nowhere to put things, no way to watch TV comfortably and no human presence to ask for help. Only one plug socket in the room with the bed. Only one towel in the bathroom. It’s a budget hotel and I’m not complaining about outdated decor, but the room felt like it had been stripped of everything. It’s definitely gone downhill since I last stayed here, where it was outdated but fine. The bathroom was fine - small, but reasonably designed with places to put and hang toiletries. "
