"Clean room, friendly staff!"

"The 100 year old charm really shines in the property and I feel it is very well maintained. The lobby is beautiful and the staff were all friendly. Valet parking was a breeze, but we did show up in the morning and it was much more hectic around normal check in time before a concert at CFG. It couldn't be easier to walk across the street to the CFG arena and I thought they did a good job opening the service elevator to help with the lines after the show let out. While the shower lighting was a little dim and dated based on the era, they were functional and prettg clean. The food in the cafe was excellent, though expensive in my opinion. I would definitely stay again and we did not experience anything spooky or haunted. "

"The design of this hotel is so cool, it's a great feeling to walk in and see it. The room was comfy, and the water was hot. My bed was slightly softer than I like, but I still had a great sleep."
