You can enjoy Blue Plate weekly lunch specials; Happy Hour Mon. - Fri. 4:00 - 7:00; and Saturday/Sunday country breakfast 10:00 - 2:00. Take advantage of the free shuttle Fri. & Sat. nights to Pelican Cove (restaurant/bar) on the water on the Ross Barnett Reservoir.

The cottage is small, but clean and comfortable. It was nice that we could bring our small dog. The host was very responsive and answered all our questions promptly. We had a nice stay.

We were in the area for a concert and needed a place just for the night. What a perfect spot. Great area to have our dogs - we walked to the marina. And a cozy and sweet cabin with all the essentials.

Perfect and Accomodating!

The cottage was absolutely perfect. Clean and just as it looks in the pictures. I requested an early check in to get ready for a wedding and Terry/Gail/Sandra were quick to respond and graciously allowed us to check in earlier. The close proximity to Shuckers was great for dinner/brunch. I can't recommend this cottage enough!

Simple and secure.

I used this stay as a change from the usual hotel properties. I like not sharing walls with noisy neighbors. This cabin allows you to park right next to the cabin. I like that.

Overnight stop for long drive

This was a good stopping point for us on a long drive and needed to split the driving days up. We were traveling with our dog and he doesn’t do well in hotels because of all the noises and this was great. Very clean and cute. Only AC is a window unit in the living room, so bedroom was warm, but we did find a fan in the bedroom closet and that helped. Personally I wasn’t a fan of the pillows on the bed, but I should have brought my own (I normally do, but had forgot). Overall was a great little place for just a night for us and the dog!

Camp houses

Biggest issue was I never got any communication giving the address for GPS or how to access the unit. I called and was given the door code over the phone. The door would not lock when we left. I did get my deposit back promptly. These units are in the parking lot of Shuckers which is handy
