From the hotel, we were able to hike around the area, including a trek up to the Andechs brewery, through a beautiful, wooden area and over to the lake. We loved the hotel and the town. "

"Beautiful quite (off the path a bit) location on the lake, walkable road/trail and a few steps from cows and farmland, or to a few beach towns but surrounded by nice summer and permanent homes as this location is commutable to Munich. Great patio and restaurant that fills up with locals in the evenings as not a lot of other restaurants in the area."
