"They have thought of everything. Excellent facilities and immaculately clean. Pretty quiet for the 2 nights I was there. They give plenty of advance warning about the steep stairs and they are very steep. Easy access to bus and train station and on the door step of the old town. Would stay again. "

"This little hotel was awesome! We loved the location, so close to Old City attractions. It was exceptionally clean and very quiet. The rooms are very small but we were only there to sleep. I will definitely stay here again. Loved the kitchen area too. "

10/10 Excellent
"Breakfast had a good range of food that was plentiful and fresh. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room was very clean and frequently cleaned throughout the day with staff readily available for any requests. "
"Location is excellent for exploring the old city. Friendly staff willing to help and advise. Character of the building is good. Rooms are spacious with a great layout. Bathroom very clean and complimentary toiletries replaced regularly. "
"The hotel staff was very friendly, the lobby was beautiful with a bit of a livingroom you can sit in and relax in comfy chairs.
The room was nothing short of AMAZING! We were on the third floor, corner facing the Christmas market. We could see just the tops of a couple Christmas stalls.
We stayed in 3 diff hotels in three diff countries and this was our favorite! "
"The breakfast was a really good variety of choices and healthy choices were ample. They refilled it as fast as they could which really appreciated and service was warm and friendly. The rooms were so quiet and they gave me what i wanted so it was impressive with a nice view and higher floors. Room was clean and just what you expected and area was near the Xmas markets and sights of the old town which was really convenient as such. They decorated the interior with Xmas decor and was really festive. The sauna and gym area was really good and pool was quite cold though, long but its really for a singular person swimming up and down is the only downside but very good length so cant complaint. Highly recommended property. Thank you"
