The overall impression was positive. We did not have any concerns about the apartment or amenities, or service. Especially the location was perfect! If I ever go to Riga again, I would love to stay in the same area. The only problem was the absence of the elevator, while trying to climb up (with or without a luggage) on the 6th floor. For older people it would have been simply impossible.

Schönes Apartment im Jugendstil-Viertel

Die Wohnung ist schön gross und hell. Sie ist nicht hellhörig. Die Matratzen waren hervorragend und es gab jede Menge Stauraum in den Schränken für Kleidung. Es war wären unseres Aufenthalts sehr warm und es wurde ein Ventilator und ein kleines Klimagerät zur Verfügung gestellt. Weniger schön war in der Küche die Arbeitsplatte die gestückelt und nicht bündig war, sowie das der Gefrierschrank dringend abgetaut werden müsste. Dann noch, das es nicht einen einzigen deutschen TV Sender gab. Das ist allerdings auch alles was wir negatives sagen können. Alles andere war wirklich gut. Wir würden das Apartment auf jeden Fall wieder buchen, bzw, eines der Apartments im Haus, nur nicht wieder ganz oben im 5ten Stock, da es keinen Aufzug gibt. Ansonsten ist es hell, sauber und günstig zu ÖPNV und einem Lebensmittel Geschäft gelegen.

Convinient self check-in and out. Great communication - responsive, fast and helpful. The only thing we were missing - microwave. And coffee was awful ;)

Everything about this accomodation was top class. Apartment was clean, spacious, calm and quiet. Self check-in and check-out how-to was communicated in a clear and understandable way. Beautiful and peaceful neighbourhood at an easy walking distance from city center and old town. Can really recommend!
