Maksoin huoneen ennakkoon pankkikortilla. Respassa sanottiin että mitään ei ollut veloitettu kortilta. Piti maksaa käteisellä uudestaan enkä saanut kuittia. Raha oli lähtenyt tililtä eli maksoin huoneen kahdesti. Aamupala oli hyvä.

Disappointment- tired smelly hotel

Strong smell of sewage throughout the reception area and corridors. Mould in bathroom. No kettle or tea and coffee. Mini bar over priced. Out dated rooms, broken tired furniture and decor. Big yellow stains on bed. Remote control for TV filthily disgusting. Major issue with access to hotel as there is a locked gate which requires a security guard to open to allow entry/exit. Found had to wait multiple times to get into the courtyard area .

Wc:ssä tksi tidella vajaa paperirulla! Kolme ihmistä kolmen vrk ajan! Ostimme itse paperia,kun ei käytävällä näkynyt siivoojaa,jokta kysyä. Vastasnotosta nuorelta mieheltä noloa mennä kysymään vessapaperia. Liekö sitten siivoija oöllunyt itselleen ne rullat,jotka piti vessaan laittaa. Muuten esim.portti lukittuna kadulle mennessä,lisäsi turvalkisuutta,tiesi ettei portinvartijan ohi luvatta tulla.

Dreadful experience.

Seldom have I encountered a more drab and cheerless hotel experience. The staff were surly, unhelpful and uncommunicative. The predominant colour everywhere was a poorly lit dark brown. My bed was bigger than the sheet was and as a result it couldn't be tucked in so I woke up both mornings on the mattress. The pillow was a joke like an old bag of marshmallows. All the bed linen should have been pensioned off long ago, there was no smell of fresh linen, or fresh anything for that matter. The wardrobe door didn't fit and wouldn't close, the curtains wouldn't run on the rails and the stains on the carpet were many. There wasn't even a picture on the wall to make life any brighter. All the furniture was in need of renewal. This hotel harked back to bygone era and not modern Europe. From the security gate manned by someone who could only grunt to the receptionist whose default was to shrug her shoulders by any standards this was poor. It's a pity as it does no justice to the vibrant, energetic city in which it sits. I would never stay here again.

De locatie was perfect, het hotel had grandeur, echter ook 'vergane glorie'. De kamer niet echt fris, geen frisse lucht mogelijk, de bedden piepten en kraakten, de badkamer was viezig met name de douchebak. Wel elke dag schone handdoeken. Soms een vriendelijke receptionist. Veilig, ook door de bewaking bij de poort.

Not 4 star. Perfectly clean but clearly had seen better days. Comfortable enough but not if you wanted to spend a significant amount of time in your room. Convenient location to get to where you wanted to go but quiet so not disturbed by street noise.

明らかにほこりが溜まってたり、水垢や忘れ物のミサンガが分かりやすいところに落ちてたり、部屋をちゃんと掃除してほしい。古いホテルだけど建物やお庭は素敵だし、ロケーションはいいのに残念。 入口も鉄の扉が閉まっていて、門番さんをチャイムで呼ばないと入れないからとても不便。

god beliggenhed det er alt

det eneste gode ved dette hotel var efter vores mening beliggenheden, meget tæt på alt i den gamle by. sengene på vores værelse var også gode. MEN rengøring meget mangelfuld og kom den ene dag først kl. 17.45, de unge receptionister gad dårligt svare en, bar og restaurant var lukket, fandt ikke ud af hvorfor, den ene aften måtte vi ringe til receptionen, da der ikke var nogen der kom og lukkede os ind, selvom vi ringede på klokken rigtig mange gange, (heldigt jeg havde telefonnummer på min telefon) morgenkaffen tog det en evighed at få, da man skulle trække en kop af gangen på 1 maskine. den sidste dag fik vi ingen morgenkaffe, da restauranten ikke åbnede kl 7 som der ellers stod den skulle gøre. så alt i alt ikke vores anbefaling.

Sijainti aivan loistava. Huoneiden siivous heikkoa, kokolattiamatot suorastaan likaiset ja huoneen kattokruunussa hämähäkinverkko. Pyyhkeet ja juomalasit sai pyytämällä. Vastaanoton henkilökunnassa sekä hyvää että huonoa asiakaspalvelua. Kokonaisuudessaan kuitenkin OK.
