Beautiful, large and bright 70 sq.m with three separate rooms in the historical center of Riga (Art Nouveau district) - two isolated bedrooms with double bed in each and separate living room with double sofa-bed. Fully equipped separate kitchen. Located on the 2nd floor with elevator. The house is included in historical heritage. It is situated only 600 m. from the Old Town. Perfect for 2-6 persons. Variety of cafes and bars around.

This light and modern apartment with high speed Wi-Fi is the best starting point for your trip in Riga, due to its perfect location.

-Entrance hall: Offers a lot of space for your bags or other things.

-Bedroom 1: high ceilings and big window makes you feel just like at home. There are a big double bed for two persons and a large wardrobe.

-Bedroom 2: Equipped with a big double bed, just next to the window and (Bed linens and towels are provided)

-Living room: there is a comfy couch which can be pulled out longer into a bed for two persons. Flat screen TV 43" with cable, Wi-Fi, and a high-speed internet connection are available.
Separate kitchen room is fully equipped (electric stove, oven, pans, pots, dishes, utensils, cups, refrigerator with freezer, kettle, etc.) and invites anyone to cook.

-Bathroom: Small wellness oasis with a Shower cabin, sink, WC separate. (Hair dryer, soap are provided)

You do not need to bring a hairdryer, an iron and a clothes dryer with you. These are provided for you in the apartment. If you run out of clean clothes, a washing machine is available for you to use free of charge.

The apartment is Ideal for 2-5 guests. Elevator. Situated on the second floor. The excellent location of the apartment makes it easy to visit a large number of Riga’s landmarks in a very short time. The apartment is in the center and is a perfect starting point for many cultural activities.
