This apartment was made "for the owner" and all the details were carefully thought out. An apartment is located in a building Renovated in 2015. The apartment has a view of a quiet inner yard. To nearby restaurants 20 meters or 1 minute on foot. The apartment has sleeping places for 2 persons and has everything you need: bed linen, towels, fast internet, smart TV, kitchenware, dishes, tea, coffee, oil, spices, soap, body wash, shampoo, and more else.
Please follow a few simple rules, during your stay:
· Do not smoke in the flat, halls, and building territory. There is a penalty for smoking in a flat and building territory of 200 EUR.
· Take off your shoes, when entering the flat.
· If you want to bring a pet, you need to inform about it and get consent. The pet fee is 100 EUR.
· No parties, no outside visitors without previous approval from your host.
· If you break or damage something, you should let us know and arrange for its replacement or repair.

Appartement agréable, le seul point négatif est la vue de l’appartement. En effet celui ci donne dans une arrière cour sombre et qui sert de dépôt à un restaurant voisin sinon tout le test était parfait .

The property is in a great location in the city center. Communication with the host was great. The bed was not comfortable at all. Very hard. I will say that I was concerned that the towels were not washed properly or the sheets. Both had a mildew smell to them.
