Cozy, light-filled 40 sq. m. one-bedroom apartment in the historical center of Riga (Art Nouveau district). The house is included in historical heritage. The distance to the Rigas Old Town (700m) makes this apartment the ideal starting point for your stay in Riga. Variety of cafes and bars around. Located on the 1st floor.
This bright and modern apartment with high speed Wi-Fi is the optimal starting point for your trip to Riga due to to its perfect location. Only 150 meters to the river and ferry to Sweden.
The apartment provides more than 40 m² of living area (entrance hall, kitchen & living room, bedroom, shower and WC. Windows are facing the courtyard and Elizabetes street.
-Living room and kitchen: There is a large table for four persons in the room; equipped kitchen (electric stove, pans, pots, dishes, utensils, cups, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, kettle, etc.) invites anyone to cook. In addition, there are double bed for two
persons. Wi-Fi and a high-speed internet connection are available.
-Bedroom: Equipped with a double bed, just next to the window and wardrobe (Bed linens with towels are provided)
- Bathroom: with a shower, sink and WC. (Hair dryer and soap are already provided)
You do not need to bring a hairdryer, an iron and clothes dryer with you. These are provided for you in the apartment. If you run out of clean clothes, a washing machine is available for you to use free of charge.
The apartment is Ideal for 1-4 guests. The main entrance from the facade of the building. Located on the first floor. Windows are facing the courtyard and Elizabetes street.
The excellent location of the apartment makes it easy to visit a large number of Riga’s landmarks in a very short time. The apartment is in the center and is a perfect starting point for many cultural activities. Only 150 meters to the river and ferry terminal.
Parking available:
-20 meters - every night (20.00 - 8.00) and on Saturday-Sunday free of charge.
