This neo-classic building is located in a quiet and prestigious area of the
Riga centre and it makes our apartment excellent choice for both business and vacation travellers.

We welcome our dear guests with a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine and a plate of sweets

It is just a few steps from the central Brivibas street and a 15 min walk to the Old Town. There is a beautiful view of the nearby ancient Gertrudes Church from the windows.
There are several restaurants and cafes close by for enjoyable
breakfasts / lunches / dinners.
“Galleria Riga” (new 10 storey shopping and leisure mall) and “Royal Casino” at Radisson Hotel are in 10 minutes walk.
No construction, repairs, or any other unpleasantries nearby. It is very crime safe too.

An elevator goes up to the 4th floor to the spacious (171 m2 - about 1880 sqf), light and luxuriously furnished 4-room apartment, incorporating huge master-bedroom of 48 m2 and a spacious living room with a dining area of 50 m2.
High ceilings, modern double-glazed insulated windows with new vertical jalousie, oak parquet on the floors, independent gas heating (new heat radiators) and hot water supply, cable TV with international channels, high-speed optical WiFi internet.
Master bedroom has a queen-size double bed, bedside tables with lamps, large mirrored wardrobes, B&O TV set with DVD player, couple large soft chairs with a coffee table, and a marble fireplace.
There are two more bedrooms equipped accordingly.
Totally there are possibilities to accommodate up to 11 guests.
Spacious sofas around a large coffee table, dinner table with 6 chairs, flat-screen TV and fireplace are in the sitting room.
The apartment has 2 separate lavishly equipped bathrooms - one with jacuzzi, bidet and hairdryer, the other with shower.
Kitchen is fully furnished, has incorporated Danish furniture (light oak), lunch table for 6 persons, a gas stove, a refrigerator, a dishwashing machine, a coffeemaker and a toaster.
Fresh bed linen and towels, as well as toiletries are free of charge.
Actually, this is a presidential suite for the price of a 3-star hotel room.
