"Just happened upon this resort last minute. Such a lucky break! Loved the views. Staff is incredibly nice and helpful. Ate breakfast and dinner at the Pruno restaurant everyday of our 5 day stay. Rooms average size, bathrooms were big. Great water pressure in the shower. Good location, close to Florence, Chianti, Sienna. Free parking a plus. Would absolutely stay here again."

"J'ai réservé à l'avance. Le séjour a été payé. La veille ou l'avant veille de mon séjour chez eux, ils m'envoient un message me disant que le lieu d'hébergement était basique, éloigné de tte commodité ey que le parking se trouvait à 400 m à pied du logement. Ceci à 12 h...me demandant si je maintenais mon séjour. À 14h00 ! Ils me signalent que l'hébergement a été annulé ey ne m'ont remboursé que 100 €... Que je n'ai tjs pas perçu d'ailleurs ! Alors ! 1- cette procédure à 2 h d'intervalle...

"We arrived after dark, tired from long overnight flight. We had no water pressure upstairs and no hot water anywhere. This was corrected the next day. One on-suite toilette would not flush properly and leaked at the grinder motor. A "tech" was called in. He informed us that he could not fix it, they would need to call someone else. When we continued to report the issue to the host, she informed us that the "tech" said it was working OK. The "tech" informed us that it was not but he could not fix...
