We assumed there would be more than just one bottle of shower gel and a bar of hand soap, such as body lotion and other premium bathroom amenities. "The hotel looks like it is relatively newly built. The extensive breakfast is served upstairs, and guests can sit outside snd enjoy the gardens below. The facility was very clean, also. The staff was given four stars not 5 because there was a large group of deaf guests staying in the hotel when I was there, but the person at the front desk couldn’t communicate with them effectively because she knew no sign language. I acknowledge that’s a pretty specific skill set, but surely hotel management could have hired a sign language specialist temporarily for a couple days to ensure the group was taken care of."

"We had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend this hotel. The location was excellent—within easy walking distance of numerous restaurants and attractions, with convenient parking nearby. Our room was spacious, bright, and exceptionally quiet, making it a relaxing place to unwind after a day of exploring Reims. The hotel is also just a short drive from many of the region's renowned Champagne houses, making it an ideal base for tastings and day trips. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the central location made it easy to enjoy the city on foot. We would definitely stay here again."

"What a fabulous hotel. The location is outstanding, with stunning views over the vineyards. The rooms are beautiful and spacious, and the hotel’s facilities are excellent — the pool area is especially lovely and perfectly situated. There is plenty to do in the surrounding area. The staff were friendly and helpful. Two small points: the bar was closed early one evening, which we found disappointing, and our room wasn’t made up until late in the day on a few occasions (once as late as 5pm). We would definitely stay here again if we return to Champagne. Loved it — thank you!"

Under new management, the hotel is superb: good value for money, bright, fresh and clean with an excellent breakfast. The rooms are newly refurbished with everything you need including the much needed air conditioning in the recent heat. The staff are friendly and very accommodating."
