One of two holiday rentals in converted former vicarage, with enclosed garden and courtyard (650 sq yrds) to be shared with rental 72. Possibility to hire town's reception room for special events. On the ground floor : open plan kitchen with microwave/ dining-area/lounge with sofa-bed, entry hall and wc. On the first floor : 2 double bedrooms (2 double beds, 1 single bed) and 2 shower rooms with wc. Child's furniture is available (high-chair, child's bed). Gas central heating. Possibility to rent sheets and household linen. House-cleaning available. Overnight staying possible. Children's swing, slide and sandpit in shaded local park in the vicinity. Tourist tax in addition. Domestic animals accepted with a deposit.
