L’insonorisation est vraiment défaillante, car beaucoup de bruits des gens dans les corridors et du système de chauffage dans la nuit. Les lits et oreillers sont peu confortable. Le service et la propreté sont toutefois très bien.

The hotel staff were incredibly polite and went above and beyond to accommodate our family. Despite the language barrier, they made sure to find someone to translate for our boys whenever needed, always with a smile. It was refreshing to experience such helpfulness, especially compared to other places where language difficulties were met with indifference.

Le staff se fout.de.vous jai payer plus cher parce-que il y avait une glissade d'eau la sauveteurs voulais pas l'ouvrir parce-que la corde pour delimiter la zone etais casser la.reception repond rudement je me.ferais plus avoir 3 enfant vrm decu en plus il y avait personne dans la piscine

Good: Kids loved the pool and waterslide! Bed was comfortable. The hotel restaurant La brigade had an amazing buffet breakfast. ( Not included with stay but was well worth it) Hotel is nicely located. Negative: Bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly and bedroom floor either… we’re hoping the sheets were…

Chambre convenable, le seul hôtel avec piscine
Hôtel bien situé, avec piscine intérieure. Chambre propre sans excès mais la robinetterie de la douche était défectueuse. Même problème après avoir changé de chambre. Ils sont venus la réparer le lendemain sans problème. Excellent service, personnel courtois. Matelas et literie très confortables. Ce n’est pas très luxueux mais somme toute très convenable.
