The Nigglhof is a former farm where we warmly welcome our guests for a "summer getaway" or "winter getaway." Located on the northern shore of Lake Chiemsee, you’ll enjoy an unobstructed view of the lake with the Chiemgau Alps stretching out behind it. The Chiemsee Bike Trail, the lakeside path, and a public swimming area are right in front of the house. Bordering the Hemhof/Eggstätt glacial lake district to the south, it’s an ideal starting point for a variety of hiking and biking tours, as well as swimming trips. Hochstätt 5 is located on the road between Rimsting and Breitbrunn (diagonally across from Seecafe Toni). The Chiemsee Ring Bus line (cycling and hiking bus—free with a Rimsting spa pass) and bus line 9520 (Prien–Traunstein) stop in Hochstätt. We offer a holiday apartment for 2 people on the ground floor. Also on the ground floor are a double room and a single room (with a pull-out bed), each with a shared shower and bathroom. All rooms have direct access to the balcony. Access is via the central stairwell. A cot and a high chair are provided free of charge. Parking is available in the courtyard, and there is covered parking for cars and motorcycles. Our house is a smoke-free property. No pets allowed.
The bright and lovingly furnished holiday apartment enjoys a spectacular, unobstructed view of Lake Chiemsee and the Chiemgau Alps. It accommodates two people and features a fully equipped kitchen, as well as two balconies facing south and east. Additional amenities: Free Wi-Fi, internet-enabled satellite TV, double bed (180 x 200 cm), coffee maker, electric kettle, luggage rack, and wardrobe. A cot and high chair are available upon request.
