"The property needs a complete renovation, the staff needs to be trained, we had an issue with the bed sheets been dirty, we talked to the front desk person no apologies at all, the place has a lot potential, the location is great. "

"The room was pretty minimal with a desk, dresser with TV, small fridge and coffee maker. Sink was in the main room area and the toilet and shower in an enclosed bathroom. Beds were not the most comfortable and full size. Our room was near the stairwell that lead down to the restaurant/bar so it was pretty noisy until after 10pm (also went during spring break, so may have been extra noisy during the timeframe). Wasn’t much space for we clothes. No balcony for our room or chairs outside. One clothesline in the shower. There were some hangers in the closet. Great AC in the room and two small windows near it in the bathroom that could be opened to help air dry wet clothes. They provide beach chairs, towels, and umbrella which was a great amenity! You could walk out onto the beach and stay right there for swimming and relaxing. Waves are decent sized, so not appropriate for young children. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. "

"Room looks nice and clean. Staff was very king and nice, the attention was pretty good. Do not use the pool, but area look great and cozy. Except for the water running outside the curtain on the bathroom everithing else was well seems. plenty of parcking. Restaurant was also good, and the food great."

"We had a beautiful view. Our room was always spotless and the staff couldn't be more friendly and accommodating. I loved their brunch and dinner the first night was delicious too. I recommend the japanese pancakes, and the aztex sunrise for breakfast. I had steak medallions for dinner and they were cooked perfectly with a pesto sauce. I would suggest putting irons in the rooms and an attendant at reception to improve the experience. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. We will miss our view of the nature preserve; especially the baby donkeys."
