Located in La Cala del Moral, Casa Serramar - La Cala del Moral is the perfect spot for a comfortable seaside getaway. This welcoming two-story home features a living room, fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, and one bathroom, accommodating up to seven guests.
Enjoy Wi-Fi with workspace, a smart TV with streaming, air conditioning in the living room, a fan, and a washing machine. There’s also a ping-pong table, crib, and high chair. Outside, relax in the private garden, unwind on two covered terraces, host barbecues, or let the kids play in the children’s area.
The house is just steps from the beach and close to public transport. A nearby sports club will offer courts and services for residents and visitors in the future, but please note it is currently closed for expansion.
Private garage parking is available, plus space for motorcycles and bicycles. One pet is allowed. Smoking and events are not permitted.
Please note: one bedroom and the entrance require using stairs.
The property follows sustainable practices such as waste separation, water and energy saving, and partial use of solar energy.
