The location is amazing, the neighborhood is great, the beach is gorgeous. The house fit our family of 5 perfectly. They provided beach chairs and beach towels. Had a small issue, and the owner responded immediately! Highly recommend staying here.
The house was perfect for a family of 5.Very clean. Decor was very “ beachy”.Beach was as close as your backyard.Bathrooms were spacious and all modern.Kitchen was ideal for cooking and hosting.Washer/Dryer came in very handy! Worked efficiently.Parking is NOT PRIVATE .It is considered public parking since the beach is right there.You CANNOT park lateral to the entrance to the house. You will be towed !Great location to marketplace, bus stops, restaurants and church .Speaking of restaurants, there is one right next door which gets a bit socially loud on Friday and Saturday evenings until late.Overall great experience and would definitely book again in this location.

Beach, shopping and grocery stores nearby. Three levels of stairs; 29 total in this rental. No mention of stairs in the listing. The second “bedroom is more of a living area with an uncomfortable, squeaky sofa sleeper mattress. Cameras are installed in that room and the lower level living room; an invasion of renters’ privacy. The bedroom upstairs was always hot despite having a thermostat in it. It smelled stale. No towel bars for the small hand towels provided in each bathroom. No hooks or towel bar for bath towels in the second bathroom. The drying rack is stored outside, which necessitated a wipe-down prior to using. Dogs barked most of the day on each side of this unit. Once, until 11 pm. We actually left a day early, even tho we paid for 6 nights we stayed five. We opted to find a hotel in Malaga for the last night.
Wir waren im August 2024 in Rincon und haben in diesem wunderbaren Haus übernachtet. Die Lage ist phänomenal, direkt am Strand, wenige Meter zur Promenade mit Restaurants und Geschäften. Das Haus ist sehr modern, aus den oberen Stockwerken kann man aufs Meer schauen. Mit 2 Bädern und 3 Schlafzimmern ist genug Platz für eine Famile. Die Küche ist das Highlight. Perfekt ausgestattet lässt sich hier wunderbar Kochen und Speisen. Wenn es draussen zu warm ist, kühlt die Klimaanlage das ganze Haus. Im Hof ist ein Tisch mit Stühlen für das gemütliche sitzen im Freien. Malaga, Nerja, alles in der Nähe und mit dem Auto oder dem Bus gut zu erreichen. Supermarkt Mercadona ist fussläufig zu Erreichen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Nous avons séjourné du 17 au 23 septembre 2022. La maison est tout simplement magnifique. L’hôte Salvador, et très attentionné et on voit qu’il travaille très fort pour la satisfaction de ses clients.
Tout y est dans la maison. À proximité, plage, vu, épicerie et plus.
Nous y retournerons. C’était parfait!

For us the perfect location, near Malaga, 30 min from Nerja, the view of the sea and the cliffs are spectacular. The property is simply a spectacle, exquisitely decorated and with all the amenities. An excellent decision
Direkt am schönen Strand, an der Promenade, wo alle Restaurants nah sind. Supermarkt ist zu Fuß erreichbar.
Sehr schön eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht.
Étonnante maison comportant des prestations haut de gamme ( literie , aménagement cuisine , salles de bains , confort ) , décoration soignée , vues magnifiques des chambres . 3 espaces distincts sur trois niveaux . Idéal familial ou couples . Stationnement aisé . Commerces à proximité .
