  • Custom-built 4 bedroom 3.5 bath holiday home with your own private pool, designed for comfort, space, and easy indoor outdoor living. With over 3,600 square feet, this home offers plenty of room for families and groups to relax and enjoy time together. All rooms have air-conditioning.

    The private pool, lush tropical landscaping, and fully walled property create a private setting, while the backyard patio and covered rooftop terrace provide great spaces to gather. The rooftop terrace is a guest favourite, offering incredible ocean and sunset views, perfect for ending your day. You can also enjoy views of sailboats, fishing boats, and even paragliders during the day.

    Located within easy walking distance to beaches, restaurants, bars, a dive shop, and sunset or snorkelling cruises, you’ll have something for everyone just steps away. A short 3-minute drive takes you to a well-stocked local supermarket, and just minutes away towards Sandy Beach is the Rincón Lighthouse, known for its incredible views and sunsets.

    The home is fully air-conditioned and includes high-speed WiFi, on-site laundry, and a 2-car garage. Whether you’re snorkelling, boating, fishing, scuba diving, horseback riding, or simply relaxing at the beach, everything is close by.

    Rincón offers a unique experience away from large resort areas, with a walkable town plaza, local restaurants, bakeries, and a microbrew pub. The Thursday evening Art Walk is a must, along with enjoying some of the best surfing in Puerto Rico during the winter months, while still offering calm beaches for swimming and snorkelling year-round.

We had a great time here. House is spacious and the Ac and ceiling fans were great. The pool area was our favorite as it was just easy to lounge around and is very cool oasis with the beautiful plants and trees. Kitchen was very functional and had everything we needed. Great location for beach and walking into town. The beds were comfortable and the WiFi worked well( but could use an easier password). Shipwreck bar and grill is right down the road and lots of fun.

Great location, a few minutes walk from the beach and some restaurants, love the Shipwreck. The house is on a busy corner, so traffic noise can be a little loud in the early morning hours. The pool is not heated, so depending on the time of year visiting it may be too cold to use. Beds are very comfortable. The view from the penthouse balcony is amazing. Everything in working order and clean. Very easy to communicate. We had no problems when we stayed and cannot emphasize how close to one of the best beaches to swim.

Fantastic!

Both my family and friends enjoyed our stay in Rincon! We especially enjoyed grilling in the backyard beside the pool! We also ate our evening meals outside. The house was amazing and we look forward to being a repeat guest next year!

Casa Marina is a beautiful villa, the pool and privacy is a magical place to hang out after a day at the beach. Wonderful Paradise

Beautiful private pool with amazing lanai when you need a break from the sun or to sit around and play games. Beach was literally right down the road only 2 blocks away. View from the rooftop terrace was amazing. Enjoyed our stay at Casa Marina immensely! Plan to return to Puerto Rico and we NEVER revisit a place usually.

perfect get away

Spacious, beautiful and enough room for 4 couples to stay at location. Communication with owner is spot on, he answered all questions quickly and perfectly. The ONLY downside for me would be the lack of mats at entry doors, the tile is very slick make sure you dry off completely and sweep floors often. PERFECT spot for my 50th birthday celebration :) will return soon!!

Wonderful stay in Rincon

We just got back from a week in beautiful Rincon. The property accommodated all our needs and the kids loved the private pool. John, the manager, was easy to get a hold of and so helpful when we arrived after dark and weren't sure of the exact location. We walked to restaurants, shops and excursions. I would only suggest a few extra blankets and better lighting and some hooks in the master bathroom. Minor things. We'd come back!
