Entire unit is airconditioned. There are two porches located in front and back of unit; back porch has water views. Fully applianced kitchen and washer/dryer installed. Wireless internet and TV. Parking located inside complex. Within walking distance from area restaurants, scuba diving, snorkeling and short drive to downtown



Located in front of the Marina! Direct beach access at Marina. Condo has a partial ocean view from rear balcony.

The host was welcoming and check in and out was very easy. They temperature control on one of the showers was broken which was cumbersome to deal with but all other aspects of the apartment were in good condition, clean, and comfortable. A good location close to the beach and easy to get to other areas of Rincon.
