Celebrated our 25th Wedding Anniversary

This was the perfect spot for us to visit many of the amazing beaches that Rincòn and Aguidilla have to offer! We enjoyed Crash Boat Beach and Steps for snorkeling. Walked Sandy Beach and Domes trails. The lighthouse bar at Domes was incredible. Got up close with some iguanas and watched the surfers while enjoying drinks. Collected sea glass right outside the condo. Visited the falls at Gozalandia. It was a beautiful drive through the mountains and very easy walk on concrete paths to see the waterfalls. On our last day we decided to just relax on the beach outside the condo and turned out to have the best snorkeling we experienced all week! The private pool and rooftop deck were perfect for relaxing after our daily activities. We can’t wait to return!

Great location!!

Our stay was ok. Unfortunately the neighborhood had alot of barking dogs. The kitchen had tiny ants everywhere. The dip in pool was not clean. The chairs for the beach were barely functional and about to rip out. Not enough towels. Location great! Peoplawesome

Great Stay

Great location. Accessible to the beach, stores ,restaurants. House was was clean and dipping was a plus. I would rent this place again. Enjoyed our stay.

Excellent! place in beautiful Rincon, PR We had an amazing time in Ricon. The reservation process was easy and the I received all answers before we check in. The unit was clean at our arrival as easy to find, with the directions provided. The pool was very refreshing and private. The beach is around the corner and amazing. The town of Ricon has great restaurants with good food and service. For sure we will stay in this unit again. Thank you Victor

Needs TLC

Wonderful location and property but it needs lots of TLC. Smell horrible, musty. Paint peeling in bedrooms, black mold on pool walls areas and cloudy pool.

Amazing Rooftop Sunset Views

Views to the ocean from the rooftop patio are gorgeous! The small dip pool in the back patio is great after a trip to the beach (just steps away from the front door) or warm afternoon. Ideal location to get a more local feel/flavor of a small PR town while providing a good base to explore the west coast. There was plenty of space for our family of 5, with 3 teens to spread out. The box of beach accessories in the garage is a great asset. There were minor inconveniences, but nothing to deter a great vacation.

Other than a minor hiccup with the flooring prior to our arrival, the house was EXCELLENT. Close to the beach, well appointed, the dip in pool was fantastic the house and furnishings were very comfortable it had plenty of room for 4 adults to relax and not worry about being cramped. the view from the outdoor living area was good and we got to see spectacular sunsets. plenty to do and see in and around Rincon, or to not do or see if you are looking to relax...

Sunshine in Rincon

The property was very clean. The plunge pool was great for cooling off. The rooftop area was lovely - always a nice breeze and shade. The grocery/coop was only a couple of blocks away, and the beach was across the street - VERY CONVENIENT. There were a lot of restaurants and food trucks nearby also. We didn't have a car; we were able to walk everywhere we needed to go.

Terrific tropical holiday

We are a family of four, and the space was perfect for us to all be able to do what we wanted for the week both together and separately. Loved the dipping pool and the roof deck was the highlight, being able to be out during the day and come home to spectacular sunsets. Easy access to the beach and centrally located so we could get to many different activities. We had a slight snag when we first arrived but Josue, the property manager was easy to reach, and super helpful, even though it was both a Sunday AND Christmas Day. Would definitely come back!

We had a great time at Stella!

We were two small families (4 and 3). The house was perfect for us. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms. The beach access was wonderful, just steps away. Garage for 1 car and the second car had its own space too! A neighbor saw out kids and came with mangoes for them! So generous! The host was responsive. We will definitely stay at Stella's again!

Rincón State of Mind

The townhouse was located in a safe neighborhood, mostly locals. Unfortunately due to the electricity in the island , the pool was not working and were not able to use it. We also noticed that the house was not properly cleaned and we have to clean it out to use the areas of the kitchen, living room area and bathroom upstairs. We got lucky as the weather was very nice and we were able to enjoy our time together. Josue is a great host and listened to our concerns and was able to assist us. I do recommend this location and I would comeback again.

Highly recommended stay!!

Truly was a great experience staying at the villa! Host Josué was very accommodating and great with his communication! Everything is near by and beach just 20 steps away. Only issue was unit had several marks on the walls and beach chairs were provided by host and it was great to have but they are rusty and outdated. This is in no way a complaint!!! My family had an amazing time and look forward to staying in the unit next year..

Sella! STELLLA!!!! Rincon Is wonderful

It was not a street cart named Desire but it definitely was desirable!! Josue was quick to fix a small issue when we called him on arrival. The place is family perfect. The beach is across the street and very quiet. They included chairs and umbrellas. The chill pool was just that. Something to relax in at night. Everything was exactly as described. We’d have absolutely problem staying here again. Gracia!

Poor checkin process

Location beautiful, but the unit needs upgrades and kitchen major appliance broken. Pool was filthy, bed sheets dirty. Front door broken in and out. Checkin information was incorrect and received after we arrived. Information on online very deceiving😫 Will not recommend

Family from Va vacay

Condo is in a nice location, however not maintained well. Floor tile buckling, ceiling fan not installed properly, very sparsely appointed with cheap small appliance that barely work. Utensils are very cheap and sparse. Pool is nice and beach location provides solitude. Bedding is ok, however, towels and other amenities are simply not up to expectations for a vacation rental for the price offered.

1 minute from the beach! Needs some updates.

We booked our trip over the New Year’s holiday and there was a power outage over the whole island during this time lasting 48 hours in Rincon specifically where this is located. Definitely a backup generator with an option to purchase gas would have been preferred. Other homes in the area had generators but due to the holiday all hotels were already full to move our family too last minute. The host responded in a timely manner and communicated updates regarding the electricity. Some minor maintenance updates would be beneficial regarding small bathrooms and no dishwasher. The dipin pool was nice to have after being at the beach all day. They did have beach chairs and beach towels there for use. The rooftop balcony area was very nice with a gorgeous view of the ocean! A supermarket was close for groceries and a gas station for our rental car. Lots of local restaurants along the main road close by as well.the beach being located directly across the street was the best part! So calm and very little people around this time of year.

Disappointment

Spacious villa in a prime location with a great rooftop view, easy access to local beaches, close proximity to shopping centers, restaurants and the center of town. Unfortunately our stay was overshadowed by several issues. Upon arrival the pool had not been cleaned, there were several pieces of broken patio furniture next to the pool, the BBQ grill was unusable sitting in the garage instead of on the rooftop terrace but the most glaring of all were the presence of roaches in the kitchen. The property manager responded quickly by having the pool serviced and having an exterminator come in the next day . The exterminator had to subsequently return during our 3 week stay. The owner's response was to minimize our complaints, he took no accountability and asked us to leave if we were so dissatisfied and offered to refund our money. We chose to stay only because we had made commitments to family in the area and attempting to book another comparable property at the last minute proved difficult. I went to the VRBO site recently and saw that this property is no longer accepting bookings - I am not surprised. Property has great potential but only if it can be maintained and managed properly
