Luggage room was too full so our bags were held in a hotel room then moved; none of that felt very secure but nothing was stolen. Location is central."

"I was initially put off by the self check-in procedure and no one at the front desk. The elevators were also confusing -- floor 1 was actually below the ground floor [G], and only one of the elevators serviced my floor. But once I got everything sorted out, my stay was pleasant."
