Nice home in Ringkøbing with sauna

Just north of Søndervig lies this vacation home in Houvig. It is nestled in a hilly area, only separated from the beautiful beach by a single row of dunes and close to the many activities that the Holmsland Klit promontory has to offer.

The large property can also accommodate a large family. The house is comfortably furnished. In addition to the bedrooms, there is also an alcove. From the terraces you look out over the surrounding landscape. On the property is a dune, from which you also enjoy a fantastic view of the surrounding landscape.

For the sailing enthusiast, the gentle Ringkøbing Fjord is particularly suitable. A fishing lake is located only 500 m from the house. A golf course is located 1 km away. In the small town of Søndervig it is fun to stroll around and visit some of the many artisans such as glassblowers, candle makers and candy makers or the tasteful specialty stores.

Das Haus ist ein klassisches, dänisches Ferienhaus.

Das Haus ist ein klassisches, dänisches Ferienhaus. Schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber trotzdem gemütlich und alles, was man braucht, um ein paar Tage runterzukommen. Die Einrichtung ist nicht modern, dafür praktisch und auch gemütlich. Obwohl das Haus direkt an einer Hauptstraße liegt, bekommt man von dieser nichts mit. Lediglich auf Den Hund mussten wir aufpassen. Der Vorteil der Lage liegt definitiv darin, dass keine Nachbarn in Sichtweite waren. Der Weg zum Strand war zu Fuß gemütlich in ungefähr 8 Minuten zu erreichen. Wir haben den Aufenthalt in dem Haus sehr genossen und würden es wieder buchen.

Ein sehr schönes Haus, die Lage trotz der Hauptstraße sehr schön.Der Weg zum Strand ist nicht weit und prima auch mit dem Hund zu bewältigen.Einzig das Sofa ist doch schon recht durchgesessen.Das ist aber kein Grund Abzüge zu machen.Wir hatten eine schöne , erholsame Woche

Das Ferienhaus ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet.

Das Ferienhaus ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Küche ist mit sehr viel Inventar ausgestattet, leider bleibt überhaupt kein Platz für Lebensmittel übrig. Für 6 Personen also etwas schwierig.Das Haus liegt leider direkt, nur durch eine schmale Düne getrennt, an der Straße. Die Autos hört man leider auf der Sonnenterrasse sehr deutlich. Im Sommer oder zu anderer Hauptsaisonzeit ziehen dann auch Abgase nach oben.

Nachts ist sie wenig befahren und wenn man aus NRW kommt ist die Straße dennoch Erholung 🤭 mit der Einrichtung wären wir sehr zufrieden. Lediglich den Duschkopf könnte man mal erneuern. Er funktioniert, sieht aber nicht mehr so nett aus.

Schöner Urlaub

Nachdem man sich etwas mit der Umgebung vertraut gemacht hat, war der Urlaub samt Einkaufsmöglichkeiten toll. Der Strand ist auch Kurzerhand erreichbar. Die anliegende Hauptstraße ist gut zu ertragen. Leider ist die Wohnung auf den Bildern viel größer;-) negativ fand ich, dass es wirklich NUR Salz im Haus gibt, man muss wirklich alles mitnehmen. Alles in allem eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung!
