4 Summer Stay Flat (wifi, garage and kitchen)

Beautiful executive studio for up to 3 people, overlooking the pool and green area, 40 m2, 300 megabytes of wi-fi, with split air conditioning, TV, one queen-size bed, kitchenette with appliances, dining table and desk.
I provide bed linen and bath towels, hotel standard. It has an area with a sink, washing machine and bathroom with hairdryer. If necessary, we can provide a single mattress, please let me know.
Non-smoking property. We accept small dogs (up to 5 kilos), upon consultation and fee. We do not accept cats.
Building with restaurant, pool, gym, playground and one parking space.
Close to Rio Centro, Rock in Rio, Perinatal Barra, Parque Olímpico and Farmasi Arena.
