In order for everything to run smoothly, we ask you to pay attention to some of the house rules and notices:
The concierge is not authorized to store guests' luggage, but if you wish, you can leave it here at our office.
No noise is allowed after 10pm (Silence Law).
The renter must provide a list with the full names and identity documents of all the people who will be staying in the apartment during their stay, respecting the maximum number of people established in the reservation. People who are not on the list provided may not enter the building.
Separate organic and recyclable waste, disposing of them in different garbage bags.
Use the service entrance and elevator when carrying luggage or bathing suits.
When you leave the apartment, make sure you have turned off all electrical equipment. Failure to do so may result in the owner deducting R$100.00 per day from the security deposit.
We check in from 3pm and check out before 11am. If you want to guarantee early check-in or late check-out, check availability.
For each booking we provide 1 set of bed linen per bed and 1 set of bath linen per guest. Bed and bath linen change services can be contracted and paid for separately. Be careful with products that may damage them, as any damaged items may be charged to your security deposit.
All guests must send their ID at least 24 hours before arrival.

A escolha do local
Fui na sorte e a experiência me agradou, pretendo voltar outras vezes e já sei a quem recorrer. Ótimas opções de alimentação no entorno, as pessoas da portaria foram gentis e agradáveis. Realizei todos os compromissos sem contratempos. Tive tempo de encontrar alguns outros conhecidos que não estavam na agenda.
Faltou uma pessoa para receber, não afetou muito pois sou natural do Rio então me virei bem, mas uma pessoa de outro estado poderia ficar surpreso positivamente com um contato pessoal.

Excelente opción a dos cuadras de la playa de Copacabana.
La comunicación con el propietario, la ubicación, la limpieza y las dimensiones del departamento.
